Question on D-Pro Sample License?

Hi Guys,
I about to contract with a music store to sell some downloaded songs online. One of the questions on the form is:

Are there any samples in the music?

Are they licensed?

My question is how do I answer this? I assumed when I purchased D-Pro that the samples were public domain for Cakewalk D-Pro users. Do I need any license to use these samples in my music for sale?

Nope -- I asked the same question a few months ago -- specifically regarding the vocal licks/phrases. All samples/contents are royalty free.

In the content of music or as a constructed patch you should be ok. As a raw waveform sample pack type scenario then they'd probably not be too happy.
