using multiple sound cards question

I am going to be purchasing an M-Audio sound card mainly because I want a
high quality input and output card for recording my vocals. I still want to
use the soundfonts that so many of my songs have been recording with though.
As far as I know the only options are to keep my Creative Labs Audigy that
I'm currently using, or to use something like V-Sampler.....I'm afraid that
V-sampler might use too much system resources for soundfonts while recording
audio though......I guess my main question is, can I use both the Audigy and
the M-Audio at the same time? Can I set up the M-Audio to record and
playback, but still use the Audigy to be able to use soundfonts within
Cakewalk Sonar? Thanks.
