Connecting TC M4000 to Fireface 800

Has anyone connected these 2 peices of equipment? I will be using the Total mix software in the Fireface to make sends from Sonar thru the Fireface to the M4000 Reverb & back to Sonar.

It looks like I have 3 options....Analog, Spdif, or ADAT. Analog will of course force the Fireface to do unnecessary AD/DA conversions, so that leaves Spdif vs. ADAT. I will be working at 96 sample rate quite often.

Any thoughts on the best approach?
