Still no sound after reading all other posts...
Ok, I've read all the other posts about poeple experiencing no sound when playing a file and I have taken all the steps that everyone says to do......and I still don't hear anything.
I do get this message a lot when I start the program:
AUDIO DRIVER ERROR
"The following driver(s) either do not support the current audio format or are in use by another application. Please choose whether you want to disable them or use them anyway."
(Then it lists what I have)

There is a section for this on the Cakewalk web site under support but even after I check or do what it tells me to, I still experience no sound when playing a file.
Any assistance would be great!
