Stop asking me to 'save changes to file?'

Can anyone tell me how to disable that? It prompts me as I move from song to song, even with no changes.

As you move from song to song? you're post is a little to vauge for me to understand what you're doing, you'll need to explain it to me before I could offer any help.

Even if you click the play button and listen to 30 seconds of the song, stop it and don't rewind to the beginning, that's a change. MC wants to know if you want to save the song so it will start where you left the 'now' line, or start it from the beginning when you open the song again. I don't think you can turn it off. If you don't want to see the message when you close the song, you must leave it exactly as it was when you opened it.

That explains why. I'm using cakewalk to play backing tracks for our 2 pc gigs and a few extra mouse clicks adds to time between songs. I'll try hitting W and hopefully it won't prompt me.
    Thanks, Greg.

I'm using cakewalk to play backing tracks for our 2 pc gigs and a few extra mouse clicks adds to time between songs, hence the preference to stop that prompt. Greg gave me an idea to try. Thanks.
