put the downloaded file onto a disk and run the install on the new laptop, you've got your key to enter - all you need is the program to install.
i think that would be the way to go.

What wikerman is saying is that when you purchased the program from CW, you downloaded the installation file, transfer that to your new computer and install it there.
If you can't find that file, the only alternative you have is to contact CW and tell them you need to download again. You can do that 1 of 2 ways:
1 - call them
2 - go here and login or create a new account and as long as you use the same email address you used to purchase your MC3, then your purchase should be available there and once validated, I think you can download again from there.

If 2 doesn't work, you have to do 1.
