Educational DVDs?

Hi all,

Does anyone produce "advanced" educational DVDs for audio production techniques? Not another introductory book and not a software-specific training manual. I'm looking for something along the lines of "Recording Sessions: Jam & Lewis," "Recording Sessions: Rick Rubin," etc.

I want to see how the masters WORK in the studio. How they arrange, how they mix, loop, punch, etc. Of course, it'd be ideal if they were using Sonar, but I can certainly translate if they're using Pro Tools, etc.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
