It's called SUBsonar and you can find it here:

It's well worth getting if you have a lot of VST or VSTi plugins.

Does it have any advantages over the Sonar Plugin Manager?

Does it have any advantages over the Sonar Plugin Manager?
Yes. The plugin manager tends to forget all your VST settings when you re-scan for new plugins with the VST adapter, so when you've got a lot of them it can make adding new ones and re-setting up the menus an extremely tedious task. SUBsonar will automatically create a configuration file which makes the sub-menu entries based on the folder names you put your plug-ins into, which you can then tweak in a text editor. Once you have the configuration file how you want it, you just run SUBsonar and the menus are automatically organised for you.

Great. I think I'll try it. Thanks for the tip.
