Free AVOX Plug-in

Antares is giving away one AVOX plug-in to all reg owners of one or more of the following Antares plug-ins:

Microphone Modeler
kantos 1.0
Tube
Filter

I think I'll get Duo or Throat, but I can't make up my mind. Does anyone have them all, and what would you choose?

I got the offer, but don't have an iLok key which seems to be required...

I've been through the demos online and wasn't really impressed with anything. The Choir demo sounded like muddy crap to my ears. From what you can tell from the demo, Throat doesn't really seem to do anything that Melodyne doesn't do better and Sybil and Punch both didn't really seem to be any more effective than the Sonitus stuff.

As such, I won't take up the offer, so that means my coming Vista install won't have PACE drivers anymore and I will just ditch my old Antares plugin that I am no longer using - Tube.

    Ciao,

    Q.

I installed Kantos on my laptop last night and was about to reauthorize it, but when I went to start the plug-in…BSOD first time in over 2 years! PACE strikes again. So I immediately uninstalled, and I think I’ll pass on the free offer too. Thank You Cakewalk for not using it.
