~breathe
________________________________________________________________________________________________
simple...
14 tracks...
could barely work on it...as it brought my computer to a hault...so I had to create some of it within a separate file...
almost all of it is rapture/RMIV/nPULSE/with samples created from my sample collections.

I really want vocals on this one, so I might hit someone up for them. we will see. anyway, I like the way it turned out.

....and I think its time to upgrade the computer soon. Its becoming very agitating to work like this...

sorry...no artwork...not until i find someone to sing on it...

ENJOY........

    Nice track.

I'll give it a shot if you send me the files. I have some ideas for lyrics too.

yeah man I know how you feel. My computer is like 6 years old and I am finally getting a new one in a couple of months. I had to get out of debt first. Anyhow the song!... A good sign is that I wanted to turn this song up almost immediatly. Also I looked at the time after I thought I listened for like 30 seconds and two minutes already went by! Really interesting song with allot of cool sounds. Good production as well as is usual with your tracks.

    ...

    this is truly fascinating...
seriously, I'm kinda speechless... I started the tune, and couldn't take my eyes off the "oscilloscope" visualization in WMP...
the choice of sounds is just impressive, nothing really stands out as odd... and the mix is really good.
I love your newest tunes more and more... I like the fact that you work more on some tunes, and don't stick to the drums with background as some of your previous projects... dunno.

but yeah, this is really amazing.

Nice work. Great beats, deep basses over these little computer speakers, eclectic collection of sounds.

Always a joy to listen to something new from you.

This is excellent. love that dirty bass line. This has to rate as one of your best for me, There's so much going on at the same time, but it always sounds clear and focused. Drums excellent as usual. Good one sir.

Excellent track Sean. I turned this up and the bass just thumped! Damn your drums are excellent. I don't just mean the production which is very nice. I mean the parts. They're very hip sounding and sound like something an actual drummer would play. I like how you're mixing in some clean sounds with the dirty lately. You can't be dirty all the time now can you?

Yup...I hear vocals to this one too! Maybe get that chick who did the last one to do something here?

DA, we knew it was a joke since you didn't do your patented breakdown of where exactly he sucked. 1/1/2/1 Kinda binary sounding when you rate it that way.

Some things in life are stange. Like the fact the my Delta sound driver wouldnt install on my net account untill I put in my Pro Tools disc (which is why I didnt listen at first).

But one thing that is for sure..... Your last two songs have been DAMN good. I still like the song with the "gurl" more, but this is great.

If I may though... SING. I man damn, if you put some vox to your stuff, you'd be ready to send out demos. Don't you like money ? Because, you have the ability to make some....

is that in the Fruity Loops jingle or something? maybe some online poker!
    haha.

anyway... I downloaded this tune Sean, been listening to it about 3-4 times during the last two days...
it's just great like it is, but man! with Aesop Rock rhyming on it!! (the dude who did the rap on that kill switch tune in Jaku - Krush) haha

    Hey :10:
I think I'd like to try some vocals on this track.
I just finished a song, and haven't started anything new yet.
I'm pretty sure I can keep the song cold and mechanical.

I don't need any of your project files.
The MP3 is enough to get started. (would like to have an uncompressed .wav later to replace the .mp3 for mixdown).
Also, it would be good to know the project tempo (for any voice fx). Probably take me about 10-14 days.

    Let me know,
    sum01

thanks everyone for the kind comments. i am surprised that it got such good praise. this is actually the second version, as the first had some simple ideas, that didn't seem to flow to well. I also tried to upload that version, but ended up having trouble with my Internet, and ftp server space. so after fighting with it for about an hour, each time getting frustrated that it would disconnect my upload, or not upload anything at all...I gave up trying, and came onto the forum.

I was very impressed with Eric's new track he had posted, and after a few listens, i was inspired to work more on mine. everything just started to flow, and i ended up staying up all night playing with it.

I am pretty happy with the way it came out, and it is probably my favorite song i have created this year. not to shaby for two days worth of work I must say...lol

so, thanks Eric for creating music that inspires others,
and thanks to everyone that took the time to listen...

sorry Tristan and sum01one,..but I would prefer female vocals......though, I'm not sure this track needs them anymore., as it works pretty well on its own...

    best regards,..
    -Sean

ahh its been a while since ive listened to your excellence sean.

Liking the drums when you start distorting them!

This track's got quite a trippy feel, especially at around 1:10 which I like! Liking the groove at 1:30.

Sounding good at 2:00, but still feels like there should be jsut something more there. its great, but has a gap on the top layer of audio (dont know how to best describe this)

I would totally be rooting for some tuneful vocals at around 2:30 onwards.

drums at 3:20 are nice. Still love the stutters you add in, after all this time.

Ahhhhh... nice one at 3:45. Just what the track needed to keep interest going!

Nice mix, could do with some double-timed drums, just to add fills and variance at times to make it immense! Oh... and some vocals would boost it alot aswell. Good ending btw

At the moment probs bout 7/10, but could easily go to 9 or 9.5/10!
