Cakewalk Guitar Studio

Hi
I have not used my Guitar Studio for a long time.

Couple of questions.

1. I can not hear in realtime what I am playing while recording. I can hear what has already been recorded. I am sure I could do this before. What am I forgetting to do?

2. Is there an easier way set the input level before recording?.

I am using an old laptop plugging in to the 2.5mm mic input jack.

    Problem solved after re-installing and trial & error.
