metronome trouble

I searched this topic first but couldn't find my issue. My metronome seems incredibly
slow; almost half speed. I've only had sonar (6.2pe) for a few days, so I'm not sure what's going on. My soundcard is a ff400 if this matters. I have to set it over 200
to get a feel that's close to 120bpm. By the way, it has done this from the beginning.

    Try setting your time signature to a different setting..
