Amplitube 2

Hey guys,

I recently purchased a copy of Amplitube version 2.0, and I must say, it's unbelievable Amp Modulation plugins. The only thing I haven't been able to figure out is, is there a way where I can set this as my main FX, and use it while recording? I seem to always have to record a base/foundation, with something else, and than add/paint the Amplitube in afterwards. It kind of stinks. I'd rather not have to do two steps if I don't need to. I couldn't find anything covering this topic in the manuel, or on the PDF Manuel the software comes with. I know these are VST Plugins, and are internal. My V-Amp 2 is obviously external, hence, I can use this as my main interface for recording purposes. I guess I just want to use Amplitube instead if that's possible. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated :)
