Check the VST. It does not come in DXI. Also, make sure you run the Plugin Manager over the appropriate folder(Toontracks).

Hopefully a redundant question, but you HAVE inserted the VST (after following Sonic's instruction to run the VST adapter over the folder), right?
You said that you've installed it, but to see it in the synth view, you'd have to insert it into the project.

    Tanza,

with all due respect, you should seriously consider going through the tutorials. The Plugin Manager or VST Adapter(you did not mention which version of Sonar you have) is just one of the many Sonar features...

Thankx for replying, I did go through all the tutorials, but it was still not working.. I uninstalled and reinstalled sonar, went through the same steps and it worked no problems.. not sure what the issue was.. Now Ezdrummer works fine exept when I try to play it with my Midi controller there is a fraction of a second lag from playing the note to hearing the note..

Computer Specs: P4 3.0-1gb ram- Echo Darla 24 audio card

    Any help greatly appreciated
