MODS, Staff and Members I was wrong
After recently making a negative reply towards CW mods...................in another thread. I was instructed........ firmly....... by a few forum members ..................... Open my eyes and take a better look. So..........I have.............and.......... Yes. I have noticed alot more MOD participation than I had expressed . Actually I had a MOD or CW employee reply in one of my own threads...........the info was very helpful. In fact likely got CW an upgrade sale. So..................... Noel, Kelly and staff I stand corrected and was not correct in my assesment of the MODS and CW staff. Thank You and keep up the communication. It has helped to remind me of why I chose and stayed with your products for the past 8 or more years. Zungle

Hi Zungle, Thanks for changing your assessment<g>. All of us at Cakewalk believe in our products and would like our users to have the best possible experience with them. Just in case there is a misconception, regarding our responses on the web forums, I'd like to clarify that in general, we don't use these for technical support. We recommend that users make use of our official technical support avenues to obtain support for our products since that is the most efficient way to have a tech support person trouble shoot your problem one on one. I myself and several other Cakewalk employees occasionally check this forums, and we sometimes respond but that completely depends on our time schedule and should not be relied on as a means of resolving issues. If all we did was look at the web forums we'd never get any work done :-) Thanks for your understanding.

My experience with CW products has been very good,(HS6,HS7, Prof 7, SHS4) I will be moving up SHS6 or S6SE some time this week.......I just haven't decided which yet. Thanks for your understanding.

ORIGINAL: FretWizz It doesn't get any better than SONAR and this forum. I agree. This forum is fantastic- full of Cakewalk employee participation, a tremendous think-tank of users, and a casual community attitude from the mods. A+ guys.

Certainly the Bakers can't view or respond to every thread, but to see them jumo into certain threads is pretty cool, and often times quite helpful and informative. When was the last time you saw Charlie Steinberg jump in over on the Steiny forum?
