First Mix

Small clip of a quick blues mix. I am brand new to this whole "mixing" thing. Can you folks give me some pointers?

I used audio loops for drums/bass. I used first take for rhythm guitar and first take for lead guitar (so there are some mistakes in the solos) thru my POD XT.

Any help with making the mix sound better will be MAJOR help!! Thanks for the comments!!!

Pretty good first try. You might want to experiment with some subtractive eq to make the parts a tad clearer. What type of reverb setup have you got going here?

I'm just using "room" reverb preset that came with Home Studio 2.22. Tried a few others but didn't sound all that great.

What is subtractive eq? Is that in one of my FX on home studio?

    I appreciate your help.

    thx
