First mix Big Sky Country Famous

Here's a first mix of the next song I'm working on for my friend's EP, I don't like the very last bit of the ending, so I'll change that tonight and add some more sustained chords to the end. Thanks for listening! https://soundcloud.com/travisgrotbo/b-s-c-f

Song is very cool, playing is super.  I love the vocal - most of the time.  There are a couple spots where the singer seems to be getting a little too far from pitches that make any sense. ;)  Like around 0:45 & 1:00.

The production sounds great (although I agree about the ending needing some revision).  Nice work!

Nice little jam and not bad at all. There are a few editing issues, but it sounds like your trying to work them out. Nice guitar work, instrumentation, vocals sound pretty good and not a bad mix. A tweaks here and there and I think it will be good all around. Nice song.

Well mixed - esp. for a first pass.  Great voice and performance for the song.  A little out of tune on some of the more ... exerberant lines, but that works.  Maybe that is my tin ear, but doesn't bother you.  And good guitar work.  Let us hear it when you get finished tweaking (not twerking it!).

Thanks J.A.! I haven't tuned the vocals at all, but will be soon in the most apparent parts!

Great song and nice sounding acoustic. I agree with the others about the vocal getting off here and there, but he has a very cool sounding voice. I look forward to hearing it again, when you decide its finished. Nice job!
