Not my cup a tea.  Agree with the dude, other than that sounds fine here.

I love the balance of the sweet vox with instruments.  This is a majical piece.

A little downward compression on the snare and hats and/or some 2kHz EQ gapping in the percussives (and instruments).

I expected the song to end at 3:30.  In the finale you've Haas'd and 'verb'd out the lead vox for an artistic touch.  I like that signature, but don't know how others do.

Message melody and sweet vibe: 10/10 to my ears.

    Overall: ... 9/10 on 1st listen (probably 10/10 perfect after EQ-filterings and/or drum-reduction or compression in areas)

I like the upfront drums. I just feel that the vocals are too much spacey. Not low, just too distant. I would remove the reverb totally and replace it with a slap back delay.

    sincerely,

the idea was to give it a spacey dreamy quality at least at the end of the song, as if to say "something so perfect must be a dream", but maybe a different effect than the verb would say that better.  I'll give that a shot.  Thanks everyone

Really cool tune, really nice subtle guitar work, nice vox.. what I can hear, no more to add that hasn't been covered on production. Enjoyed it very much.

Nice track!  I agree about bringing the vocals more forward.  Well played.

Totally a peaceful feeling song.  "I get a peaceful, easy feelin'" from listening to it.  Great first post.  I look forward to hearing more.

Very nice!  Smooth and relaxing.  I would bring the voice up a bit.  Great instrumental arrangement.  For the drums, once you started the faster playing, I would keep it up for the rest of the song.  The snares have this compressed artifact.  It it sort of squashing the rest of the track.  Maybe dial down it a bit?

Is it mixed or just a rough?

I just wanted to know before I comment.

    Cool idea.
