[Fixed in X3E: CWBRN-23095] Melodyne: copy&paste clips

Hello,
When I copy an audio-clip, edited in melodyne, and paste it again, the changes are not copied and I have to do the changes again.
Is there a way to copy the events of melodyne too?

FYI, my configuration: Sonar X3d 64bit, Melodyne Editor

BR, Mike

Never tried that to be honest. I usually bounce to clip once I'm done and then make any copies from new corrected clip.

Please report this to the CW problem reporter. I reported the same thing on track cloning (CWBRN-20020).  Noel has said there is some missing code in SONAR to handle the ARA region clone.

have you bounced it to clips before pasting it ?
I typically bounce to clips after making changes and then when I copy paste to another location, the changes are there as expected.

When i bounce it to Clips, the changes are there.
It would be easier and faster if the FX Region of melodyne would copy the changes without bouncing.

Maybe in future it will be fixed.
So, thanks for your replies and I'll use your method once.

    Faster ?
you right click the clip and choose "bounce to clips".
    come on now :-)

that's the way its supposed to be, you make your adjustments in melodyne, then bounce to clips.
this is normal behavior, same as v-vocal was.

I expected the same behavior like clips with automation envelopes.
The changes (automations) are copied too and I don't have to bounce the clips.
For me it is a faster way, I don't like freezing and bouncing so much, my CPU has power enough...

But you are right, the time required is not very high, because I have to bounce only melodyne Clips ;-)
