Focusrite 2i4 MIDI output question.

I'm wondering if I can use the MIDI output of my Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 to control the delay time on my TC Electronic Alter Ego x4 (http://www.tcelectronic.com/alter-ego-x4-vintage-echo/) Anyone know if this would work and how I'd need to set it up in Sonar?

Thanks.

Looking at the manual it says that it will sync the delay time to a clock signal coming into the midi-in port.

So, all you need to do is plug it in and make sure in SONAR preferences that you are sending clock to the midi-out of the Focusrite.

    Thanks for the reply.
I don't really have much experience using midi in this way. Now to get myself a midi cable!
