Luv it. Got an email from support they said they will have a upgrade offer from 6 standard for me in a week or so. Apparently they do not currently offer an upgrade from standard to advanced but are changing up. Tons of great new features. New export codecs, new maximizer algorithm. AND if you have 6 and use the EQ matching and don't like the fact that the reference audio track and settings don't save with the project, they have a fixed build that will save it all together so you can keep your matched EQ settings. I am excited to glam up my workflow with ozone 7

Well, Larry, I finally caved and bought the loyalty bundle. It was a really good deal for $209, although I'd just about convinced myself I didn't need it. I had no trouble convincing myself I couldn't afford it. It was far from a "no brainer". As a practical matter, I like to keep my brain engaged at all times, regardless of the enticement. And my brain had to do some serious juggling of competing arguments for this one. Ozone 4 has been doing a great job for years, and I didn't need the other goodies. For those projects for which Ozone is a little too polite, or when I need a limiter on an individual track, I've got Pro-L. MDynamicEQ is a better plugin than Ozone's (or Alloy's) multi-band compressor. Ozone 3's exciter is still my favorite for moderate dirtiness, D16's Redopter and Devastor are there for more extreme distortion, and Saturn handles the subtle distortion/saturation duties. Pro-Q beats all the EQs in all the iZotope products for ease-of-use. The list goes on...in short, this bundle is not going to let me do anything I couldn't already do, or even make anything more convenient. It wasn't the vintage tape module that tipped the balance - I went digital in the first place to avoid tape's limitations! To my surprise, it was watching some videos on Trash that nudged me into clicking the Buy button. I had tried version 1 and wasn't impressed, but I saw creative potential in Trash 2. Sure, Saturn's modulation options are far more sophisticated, but Trash's modulation is much easier to use.
All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to. My Stuff

Happy to read this, Bit. For me Trash seemed the least interesting part of the bundle but now I'm getting more interested. Don't forget to load the two free packs, Edge and Classic Textures.

I recall iZotope having end of year sales. I do not recall if they were at the end of Nov, Dec or both.
