Forum bug
Not sure if this has already been noted but this is a serious bug. Twice now I have replied to a post, pressed the submit button and nothing has happened. Naturally I pressed submit again and again nothing happens, so I keep pressing submit and then I refresh the page and low and behold I have posted the same reply 4, 5, 6 times. Another forum I use allows the authors to delete their posts, why can't this one ? Steve

Steve if it looks like it doesn't work just don't resubmit. Wait a little. Sometimes you may need to wait awhile. I think its still being worked on.

Thanks John I'll give it my best It's just usually if it's slow you still get the circle of despair in the address bar but not seeing anything makes me uncertain as to whether or not I pressed hard enough. I have a problem with my mouse you see that the left clicker has to be clicked more than once before anything happens. Steve

Steve I know what you are saying. I agree with you. Sometimes I will copy what I have written so if it doesn't go through I can repost it later. I do this when I think it wont take it. I have had too many lost posts.

Yes I've been doing that too John. I've lost whole essays worth of replies before now so have learnt the hard way It still would be really good if the author was able to delete their posts. I can do that on the fxpansion forums and have been known to on occasion Steve

I did this in another thread - eleven posts or something. I guess the repeated clicking shows how un-zen like I am..

Zen-like, perhaps, John. Closer to Nirvana, maybe. And before anyone else says it, no, not Kurt Cobain and chums..
