Forum help?

Where is forum help? I tried to open the FAQ, but I'm getting an error. I'd like to know: 1) How to edit my profile so that the items are on separate lines. 2) what is this: ampersand-en-bee-ess-pee? and 3) I'd like to see forum help so that I can use quotes effectively. That feature doesn't seem to work. Thanks.

    Can't help you there, sorry.

The suggestion on Chrome was for the (lack of) line feeds. Firefox (after 3.x) just does not work as this forum software is stuck in 2009. Don't don't complain.... we've all done it. It just is what it is.

Start by doing a browsing history delete and go to system tools and do a disk cleanup, making sure to check temporary files and thumbnails. See if that clears it up. Your internet access has become polluted.

I get the error but my changes stick.  You just have to go with it until they update to a newer, 1990's version, of the forum software.
