Maybe just on my end, but the 'scroll to top' button in the forums hasn't worked in a couple weeks.

works here, but this is the only time i've tried it, i prefer the original analog scrollbars that come with all browsers

Odds on you are using Chrome and after the last update it died along with jump to latest post.

Yup. On the latest Chrome. None of the jumps work any more.
