Foxboro update - CPU spikes and audio dropouts

Hey Guys,
 
I updated to Foxboro but since doing so, I am getting audio drops and glitches throughout projects that previously played fine.
 
Checked the usual - background services, settings, drives etc. but to no avail
I also tried my 2 interfaces (M-Audio via USB and Presonus via Firewire) with the same results regardless of buffer settings.
Reason & Pro Tools are playing fine - just seems to be Platinum Foxboro
 
I rolled back to Everett update 1 (21.4.30) and everything is hunky dory again.
 
Tonight when I get a chance I will roll it forward to see if it happens again.
 
Wondering if anyone else has seen this - or am I alone !
