In an effort to fight spam, they made me change my password recently. Could you have missed one of those messages and that's why they killed your account? Maybe you can get your account reinstated or at least retrieve the info. I guess it pays to back up that stuff too.

Thanks Old buddy! I got an email from them to change my password but it was in my spam folder and was deleted. Since I didn't respond the account was deleted. I was on hold 45 min to speak to a Rep. but it's fixed now. Thanks for the info!
