It is a nice free compressor. Watch out though the min ratio is 4:1 so it is a little brutal. But you can slow down the attack settings though which helps. It does boast a fast attack and is wiling to jump on things real quick. Could be good for certain sources for sure.

I gave it an audition. Tried it on kick, snare, drum bus, bass and acoustic guitar. I thought it did a fine job,with an acceptable amount of harmonic distortion and no measurable aliasing. No threat to Pro-L, but a perfectly acceptable basic limiter.
All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to. My Stuff
