One of the best freebies ever. Both are spot-on emulations of the originals.
I've only actually used the Continental in projects, though. I guess I never was a big fan of the Farfisa, even back in the day. But I was a huge fan of the Continental, and it was my primary stage instrument from about 1965 to 1970 until it was destroyed in a car accident. That was when I decided it was time to take the leap to a Hammond.
Got anything of yours online yet featuring the Martinic Farfisa? I know it'll fit well into your authentically-retro style, which I've always enjoyed.

Weird. I put the Continental up using a the MIDI track for this song (where I use a Kontakt organ there) to test this. I had a spot where the organ stops just before the chorus. As you can hear in the song above, the stop is fine. With this product at the stop I get a stuck note that manages to play through the rest of the song. Too avant-garde for me. FYI: I cloned the MIDI track, set the new MIDI track to play the Continental and muted the old organ.

DC5, one of the greatest pop bands of the era! You're cover's missing two elements of the original, though: heavy delay and reverb on the vox, plus the foot-stomping. I think they stole Joe Meek's gimmick of stomping on a staircase. Now there's a sample library I'd be interested in!

Yeah, I know what I was missing, but you're missing the third element I'm missing. The under current of sax. The Lovely Lady loved it anyway

I was very impressed with the quality of these freebies. (Especially how "tweakable" they are.) I just got the plugins yesterday, so I don't have any of them in my songs yet. I have a few ideas for adding organ parts to some tunes I am working on, but as a guitar player who tinkers with keys, these things take some time.

NW Smith - I just looked at this. I'm going to give it a try.
Two internal 2TB SSDs laptop stuffed with Larry's deals and awesome tools. Studio One is the cat's meow as a DAW now that I've migrated off of Sonar. Using BandLab Cakewalk just to grab old files when migrating songs.

You've just saved my life. I've been looking all over to re-create an effect used on a 60's track I've been doing. I've tried out all manner of vintage keyboards for the last month or so getting close but not quite nailing it, all manner of complicated patches and layered sounds didn't cut it. 2 minutes with this thing and Bingo! Like Bitflipper said the Farfisa wasn't to everyones taste and that's reflected in the fact there or more decent Hammond or Vox alikes than there are of this cheezy classic. 60's sci-fi here I come...
