Free Stuff
I've spent quite a bit of time searching and trying things and can't figure it out so I'll ask here. I already own AD2 and just upgraded to Sonar Platinum. Do I get free adpaks? If so how?

I have a "products" page in my account I don't see a store account. Addictive Drums is there but only shows serial and registration numbers. no redemption anything. I already have the program installed and works fine

Would that be the product key? That's the only place I can see to enter anything at all. My online installer for ad2 says everything is fine so I didn't want to take a chance and type a serial number where it says product key.

Oh, you have AD2 already. There is a trick to entering the serial/product key in the online installer. IIRC, something about an "other" category.

Yes, the product key is what you enter at the XLN website. Then, you'll be given an option to choose your 3 adpaks, midi, & kits. Open the AD installer and update.

I actually used "Online Webshop" and it worked.....(I already had AD2).

Thanks Mesh (aka The Bapu). I have not done mine yet for obvious reasons as outlined in the other thread.

Thanks guys. That seems to be working. It seems that everyone should use the term "serial Number" or everyone should use the term "Product Key" not trying to be too picky but hey

True.... There doesn't seem to be a common standard..........others also use Registration numbers, Authorization numbers, etc....
