Freezing a Bus

I know as it stands we can bounce a bus to disk. But it would actually be very cool to be able to simply freeze a bus. Sonar would archive all of the tracks/sends that contributed to the bus and bypass the bus FX bin. Unfreezing would un-archive those tracks and bring back the FX bin. Perhaps a waveform could even be displayed on the bus track to indicate it has been frozen. Thoughts?
