Freezing a Synth

Is there any way to freeze a synth and only render a couple of its outputs as audio? I'm using Addictive Drums and have all outputs enabled which is about 18 - I think, but would like to freeze the synth temporarily and only render the main stereo out, so that it doesn't take forever to render all outs as audio. Besides going into AD and disabling each of the tempoarily unwanted outs, is there a quick way to do this within SONAR?

    You can bounce individual tracks in place (i.e. target track same as source track), and then disable the synth.
