Full Sonar X1 Producer (not upgrade) for £57 / $35

So, I was deciding whether to upgrade via download from the store or purchase the discs from a UK retailer. I found some good prices from some shops with it in stock so thought I'd give Ebay a quick search an found this: LINK REMOVED

Out of interest I asked the seller some questions and discovered this guy is puttin all of X1 on a memory stick with his serial codes. He tells me:

1 - He has already registered with product with Cakewalk but it will work fine because the serial numbers and auth codes he will provide will work on up to 3 PCs.

2 - I get get X1a, X1b and all other patches easily because anyone can download them from the cakewalk site.

3 - When I said I wouldn;t be eligable for discount son future releases if I didnlt register in my own mname he replied, and I quote "There is no need to register online and you can obtain all future X2/3 from this ebay seller".

I've reported it to Ebay and tried forwarding to Cakewalk but that proved impossible so thought i'd post here. Maybe I'm being over the top but this just seems like pure fraud. I'm up for selling old gear on or using genuine license transfers (like IK Multimedia do) but this just sounds like someone trying to milk the system.

Oh and I've decided to buy via the store now.

I wouldn't post that direct link in the forum - that's free advertising for the guy who is violating cake's EULA.  I'd simply report it quietly to a cake employee and let them deal with it as they see fit.
