serious
grand theft auto!
LOL
that'd be cool....
but i think this riff might be a little bit too laid back, for GTA......

gtrpastor
thanks for listening!
well, that's not a wah, it's an auto effect, kinda like a mutron phasor
it's a cool effect, but not one i'd probably ever use again!
LOL

freddy J

this is a nice alternative to my more typical approach....
and i do a fair amount of these, i just don't post them very often.
i'll end up re-arranging this, and that will make it slightly longer.....

the bass is pretty straight up into the DI and soundcard, with some limiting at mixdown... but that key line, is just a casio keyboard into a pod marshall setting, or something like that.
maybe it was a soldano.......! hheeh
i think the 'air' is the high end on the delays, and the reverb is fairly bright, but with a dark input source....
it's something i experiment with when i'm tracking.
those tracks are pretty much non-eq'd, maybe some low end rolloff, so most of the 'sound' is printed.

Lots of overtones and wah.  Needs... cowbell?  Nah.  Can't think of anything else. ;)

Virtuosity as always.

Very cool Batsbrew - it has a Sly and Robbie Reggae feel to it.
Would be great with a rap by the dude from Faithless.

heh, overtones.
i try to tune, but alas, my sting bending can be a bit aggressive,
hence overtones.
LOL
thanks for listening, glad you liked it.

appreciate the comments,
i think i hear what you are saying about the slight reggae feel possibility...
i wonder if percussion with strict reggae, on top of the current synth beat, would work?
