Future of the Cakewalk User Forum

This has probably been asked and answered, but my searches didn't hit.
 
What are the plans for this community?  Will there be a point at which it shuts down?  When?
 
Is 'Cakewalk on the Lab' the replacement?

    There will be a new forum, but this forum will be kept as a legacy forum (no new threads/posts) so that we won't lose historical info.
     
    Cakewalk on the Lab is not a replacement, just an alternative for those who are on BandLab - just like some of us use other groups on Facebook too!

    Hey Meng will the email notification problem be fixed in this forum, if so do you have any speculation as to when?  Or are you waiting on the new forum? If so is there any guess when we'll have the new forum. Thanks for all you great help and attention.

    Meng said this forum will be archived and a new forum will replace it for current discussions. That means there will be no need for this forum to send notifications anymore. They will be sent by the new forum. The new forum will have its own notification sending system.

    Splat, Win 10 64bit and all sorts of musical odds and sods collected over the years, but still missing a lot of my old analogue stuff I sold off years ago.

    I like this forum, but I'm looking forward to the replacement. I hopefully it will be easy to embed bandlab links on it.
