I kept waiting to hear that "Carlton string bend", sounded like an arrangment he would do.  This is really a nice mix.  Good melodic phrasing, stayed with and around the melody just enough.  I like this a lot Tim!  Very pretty.

Not familiar with the Equator D5s. I find it pretty easy to make something sound good on studio monitors. It's everything else that baffles me usually:)

You got me from the opening guitar – just beautiful – from the octaves on the guitar to the subtle synth. You know just what you’re doing – the dynamics also make this captivating. The “space’ or room feeling is really wonderful,.  Total pro production. The guitar flows like water – you have a great feel for the phrasing and fret-board. I find myself being envious and appreciative. Okay, mostly envious.

This is beautiful Tim. Really love the way it all builds and stays together with magical music glue. The mix on this was sublime.

While this was spot on I heard no LC string bends.   No one bends a note like Carlton.  He's the only guitarist I can recognize from a single one-step bend.  It's uncanny how someone can make a one-step bend a unique and recognizable style.  But I'm not trying to pirate your thread, your song and execution here was absolutely marvelous!

I've met a lot of artists over the years, and although I've not had the chance to meet Larry, I have seen him live and he has always been a guitar hero of mine.

Hey Tim- Silky smooth are the words that come to mind.  Very easy on the ears, and a pleasure to listen to.  It was so relaxing my blood pressure dropped 10 points.   Great tone and production, buddy.
