Fx Chain in Clip FX Bin

Fx Chain in Clip FX Bin

I added an fx chain to a clip fx bin. I can't double click to open the FX in the chain. Thoughts?
 
1 open clip fx bin
2 load fx chain
3 view fx chain
4 double click any fx in the chain to open it
 
I get nothing.
 
Can anyone repeat?

    By extracting FX I was able to open them. I could not just double click and open from the fx chain from clip fx  bin

    It fails for me too. X2 Producer 64bit on Win7
