GAH! Daylight savings strikes again

Always takes me by surprise. Now it's 3:15 in the frigging morning

    DST didn't bother me, but it's thrown my wife off.  She was up until 3am watching TV, and then I had to drag her out of bed for work this morning.  I felt like a parent!!

    stupid thing we do, changing the clock.
    messes me up for about 3 weeks.
    i have a pretty strict work schedule, like most,
    and my body gets dialed into a specific length of time.....
     
    so, i lose an hour of sleep at bedtime, because i cannot fall asleep..
    then i lose another hour of sleep when i have to get up an hour earlier than i'm used to.

    I agree. It's vitamin B12, coffee and I still feel like a walking zombie.
