GR4 User Library

Hi

I have been trying to import files from GR4 User Library. Once I download the file how do I get it into GR4 to use it? I thought all I had to do was drag the file into GR4 but it doesn't seem to work that way.

    Go to file>import and select your ksd(GR4) file.

    I have tried doing that. When I go to File>Import>Downloads the files I have downloaded from GR4 library just aren't there. However, when I go to my C Drive > User>Michael>Downloads the files are there. Any idea how that happens? I tried moving the GR4 files into a new folder and the going File>Import>New Folder but again they aren't there. Is there a setting in GR4 that might be preventing me from importing files?
