Gah! My export dialog box is taller than my screen and I can't get at some settings. (X1)

Okay... this is pretty bad and I hope there is a solution. The Export window is too tall to fit on my screen and won't let me resize or scroll. All the options below dithering are cut off and I can't access them at all. I'm missing "Add to Audio CD Track List", "Add to Cakewalk Publisher", "Bus FX" and "64-bit Engine". How the heck am I supposed to get at those? Please please please tell me there is a workaround. :-/

Can you move dialog by arrow keys (Alt-Spacebar, then Move)?

Thanks, panup but that seems to snap the top of the window back to the top of the screen as soon as I release the mouse button hiding the options again. I found a thread saying to reduce my windows display resolution and that work but I had to reboot to make it take effect and now I'm squinting to see everything. Ugh... I guess I'm gonna have to go through that hassle every time. I hope X2 doesn't suffer from the same problem.

Beep, are you in denial that you really do need to get some glasses now?

@synkrotron... the hilarious part is after being half blind most of my adult I finally got some glasses just a couple of weeks ago. I can actually read the stuff but I don't like all my icons and text so tiny... especially on my DAW because I'm usually sitting further away from it (like when I'm playing or reading tuts on my lappy and testing stuff out on the DAW). I'm just gonna have to do this every time I guess. If X2 has the same problem I think I'm gonna put in a report so they put a darn scroll bar or something on that dialog. Cheers.

Do you have 64 bit version? If so, try this: http://www.sonarmods.com/...w_X2_64bit_English.exe
I made a quick mod that moves your missing items to the export options top row... Run patcher in the X2 install folder.

Jeez... sorry Beep... I should have known to check first lol

Sounds like you need a MASSIVE monitor instead, just for those extra large dialog boxes.

What about some of the Windows accessibility settings, for peeps who are visually challenged? I've never checked myself but I would have thought there must be some way of being able to zoom into your desktop and then scroll around it? I might have a look myself.

Did you just make that now, panup? If so that's awesome (it's awesome you made it either way). I've heard about your mods. You're kind of legend around here for that. Cheers.

@synkro... the weird thing is my eyes aren't actually THAT bad and the glasses are helping but darned if I find this res hard to look at. I guess I've become accustomed to the settings I had. And this monitor is pretty big. Not sure what's wrong with me... but there's a lot. Oh well. At least I have some options now. I'm just a little cranky today. House people are bugging me and I wrenched my back again. I should suck it up and stop being a Nancy. ;-)

Yes, I made it while replying to your post. ;-)
I did not test it yet but let me know if it does not work (if you decide to try it!).

That's cool man. I'm actually about to upgrade so if X2 isn't a dud and the export dialog isn't wonky like this I probably won't but I'm bookmarking this page just in case. Also with your permission I'll share it with anyone complaining of the same problem. Do think it will work with X2 as well? Seriously, dude... you rock and greetings from Canada. :-)
