Gain knob

Is it my imagination or has the gain knob disappeared in X2?  That used to be very useful!

    it is the first knob at the top of the console strip. Or next to the pan nob at the top of the inspector window.

    It's still there for me. Although it's not next to the pan nob in the inspector window. It's the same place it is in the console: at the top.
