Galbanum expansions installers cannot find Rapture LE

Galbanum expansions installers cannot find Rapture LE

This one got me stumped.  Had it working in Sonar 8.5 32bit no problem.  Now trying to install the Galbanum Second coming and Piscis expansion packs to clean install of Sonar X1 64 bit and the expansion pack installers cannot find Rapture LE installation, asking to install Rapture LE.  I tried to reinstall it several times.  Rapture LE is installed and working perfect in X1.  The default locations for Rapture64LE dll is C:\Program files\Cakewalk\Vstplugins\Rapture LE  The content is in C:\Program files\Cakewalk\Rapture LE  I am logged in as administrator and running the expansion packs installers as administrator also.
 
I do know that the Galbanum installers must be run from the C:\Program files folder to work.  Is this some kind of 64 bit or administrative rights issue?  Any help with suggestions or workarounds will be greately appreciated.

    Apparently the Rapture LE 1.2.2 update installer cannot find Rapture LE installation either.  I am totally lost.

    where the data is stored is not the same on xp and vista/win7.. where you run an installer from shouldn't matter (but I always do run as admin now)

    where the stuff is stored depends on your OS .. errm it's off mydocuments instead of docs+ settings IRC..

    Hi. I have Sonar X1 with Rapture 64bit. I've installed Pisces successfully, but the installer for the 2nd Coming is not working in Programs or anywhere else for that matter. Does anyone have an update on this at all?
