Garritan GPO with Kontakt Player 5?

Since I can't access the Garritan forum (get an error all the time) I'll post my question here: I am installing all my music software on my new PC and I would like to use GPO with Kontakt Player 5. Will this work? If so, how do I install the samples 'into' KP5 without having to install the old GPO software (from the cd's I have) and without having to install KP2, KP3 and KP4...? I want my system to stay as clean possible... If I REALLY need to install KP2 etc. etc. I will upgrade GPO to GPO$ and use the Aria engine instead: I don't want all those old KP's on my system... (Hopefully GPO4 with the Aria engine will work fine with Sonar 8.5 PE...?)

Sonar 8.5 PE, Edirol FA-66, Behringer C-1. All instruments in my songs are VSTi's.

    I have GPO4 and JBB by Garritan, and the only one I can "install" in Kontakt 5 is JBB, I am assuming K5 player is the same way, it has to have the NKI (i think) file to be recognized by it.That being said, I have the Aria 64 bit engine (its a free download) that plays JBB GPO but you need to "authorize those libraries in Aria by dragging the license key onto the GUI.

    I managed to do it: I found out the original GPO cd's have an installer that gives you the option to ONLY install the library. I did so (with the serial that came with de cd's) and after that I ran NI Service Center and it immediately noticed I had GPO installed: I then had to enter the new serial I got with the (free) KP3 upgrade for GPO, and after that KP5 instantly showed me GPO in Sonar!

    Sonar 8.5 PE, Edirol FA-66, Behringer C-1. All instruments in my songs are VSTi's.

    The new GPO doesn't work in Kontakt as it uses its own player, so you are correct to use an older version.

    If you mean GPO 4, I beleive it should work in Kontakt 5 as GPO just uses SFZ files. Kontakt 4 couldn't play them back but the specs for 5 says it can. I haven't tested so cannt be sure, may be worth checking.
