Garritan Pocket Orchestra with DimLE ?

Does DimLE come with the 'Garritan Pocket Orchestra' (GPO) ? I have DimLE from Project5, various Digital Sound Factory collections and most recently with Sonar8.5Studio. However, I don't seem to have the GPO. Is there a link somewhere to where I can DL this for my DimLE ? I suspect that this will be nicer than the Edirol Orchestra and I've finally gotten used to DimLE.  I saw a link for DimLE w/ GPO for $20 but I've already purchased DimLE several times already. Maybe this a sale of GPO ( just including DimLE again).

I ask due to the notice of the 'Elite' pack update to Garritan Personal Orchestra for $80, which I'd probably consider if Pocket is $20. This suggests that Pocket came with Sonar8.5, but I'd want to play with it some before doing an upgrade to Personal, though I am looking for an orchestral add-on.

Thanks in advance.

I would go for the offer for personal , I upgraded yesterday..

pocket is nice to get started.. it's bank number "24" in the list , if you had it .. BUT PE comes with dim pro.. and I just looked,  Dim LE is not installed (I did standard install, so maybe it's in the full install)

maybe that $20 offer is pretty much covering the cost of licensing it from garritan.. as well the LE one is used by others , DSF etc. I would ask customer service perhaps.

Although because of the price of the full one, being 40% cheaper for me, it was easy choice. I have bought things only to upgrade later, in hindsight I should have just bought the full one

I'm looking around at reviews, the Pocket is described as 'mono' samples only. This probably saves space in a DL, though the Personal only appears to be about 1 GB anyway.  Lots of games are bigger, so a DL shouldn't be a size limitation. depending on how many samples are needed to support the sfz's.

I tend to agree about starting with a LE and then considering a bigger/full version, which is why I'm asking now. It didn't take long for me to go from RaptureLE to Rapture.  I don't have a bank 24 with any of the DimLEs, just up to 22. I wasn't that impressed with the DSF Proteus packs, which is why I'd like to know if I can listen to the Pocket edition.

    thank you

yep it is just under 1 gb for the personal one.. the POCKET version that was with Dim Pro.. isn't that much smaller.. on my machine it weighs in just roughly 690mb... SO compressed maybe 500mb or something?!

I think if you contact cakewalk they may give you the answer that your paying for the license of Pocket Orc... and the Dim LE is just a means to playback..

maybe like , much like say NI's  Kore is free, but beyond the basic sounds , the additional packs aren't

perhaps contact customer service or leave a PM for Kate.

I just added DimLE w/GPO to my collection. Yeah...for $20 it's a good deal.  I played with some of the DimLE sounds and they're pretty nice..... the GPO sounded good but since I already have EWQL and K4,  I wasn't buying it for the orchestral sounds, but who knows where I might find a use for it.

If you don't have GPO and want it... for $20.... I think it would be a good deal compared to the cost of other orchestral apps.
