Gender change on vocals

I'm serious here. I want to do a male/female duet, but can't locate an appropriate female singer. Is there software that I can run a vocal through to dramatically change the tone, i.e. make my manly voice sound like a chick? Any help appreciated.

    In all honesty, not enough to do it convincingly. Maybe AVOX by Antares, but for 500 bucks you could hire a darn good singer to track in some stuff. Have you tried an artist collaboration site?

    I use a program called powertracks 10 it is a tracking software very much like cakewalk, and though i have never used it to do a complete project, it comes with a very basic version of TC helicon's vocal harmonizer it works good for me.

    I'd Seize the day but i can't quite reach it!

    There are plugins available, but I've not heard any that sound "good enough" to me. If you can't afford a professional, go to a local church and see if they have a female willing to help you with some vocals.

    Having said that, I haven't tried TC Helicon's VoiceModeler, but TC Helicon is a leading edge standard for voice fx.

    BTW, I managed to seize the day, then realized I had no place to store it, so I put it back.
