Two in a week eh Ken

Such an inspiration to hear the guitar played with such articulation and feeling.

Mind you, it would make the rest of us feel better if you dropped in a few bum notes now and again (as opposed to "that's weird"!)

Awesome.

Hi StevStrummerUK,
Yes,  two in a week ...even though I'm tempted to make it three

I could and I would , since I have another one just sitting around waiting for me to deal with my two thread management issue's
this is what happens when I don't see any action in a long while

more bum notes? aren't  there  enough clams in there already

hey  Steve  thank you

since I still only know how to do one quote please bear with me

Herb ,

a man of few words on the video for sure , yet, apparently not on my own thread w all the typing and verbosity

I got no bacon in my fridge just Veggie's , Chicken and almost empty bag trail mix ,
i wonder why I got a case of the Blues

a quick thing about the camera angle .

i do have a tripod that happens to have balance issues , it's got a bum leg and leans off center
i have my Zoom set up for the best possible sound I can get w the on board mic's , this explains why l'm  only getting a "so so" picture  , the zoom is on my dinning room table within arms reach

another other option I have for playing acoustically would be  to set up my condenser mic , send my feed into SONAR and put my Zoom on a stable "able bodied tripod "

once I start playing electric & going direct into SONAR i think everything will pan out easier

thank you for saying nice thing's  about my playing

I'm gonna be back real soon and I apologize for taking so long to get back to my forum friends here that took the time to show me some real love and appreciation

you are in my thoughts
Kenny

Are you following in Joe's "solo" footsteps?  Nice work, some lovely transitions in there.  I watched your Blue Bosa again, very enjoyable.

Daryl

Hi Daryl ,

Joe actually told me not to follow in his footsteps . he thought I might do better with Rock
funny how that worked out after all this time .
the rockers didn't want me & the jazzers thought that I was there to steal their wallets when I showed up at the  gig  with my long hair wearing all leather and parking my motorcle just outside the club window

the important thing here is I'm glad you enjoyed the music

Kenny

Your O hole had babies! There were some minor imperfections? But hey! It was a live freaking performance!! I could never play it... True talent on display.

Hi Robby ,

yes this guitar as an instrument is pretty interesting . it's a top of the line US model
I'm very fortunate to have this guitar , it's a keeper

living & playing in the moment live is something that always stirs my creative juices
I like to take big risks and just go for it
by now I'm sure we all know my M.O . ....there's gonna be clams

it does seem like there is so much going on here w this piece on the guitars fretboard
a lot of it is guitar playing concepts that I wanted to put out there in short video lessons
time will tell

thanks for saying the nice thing about talent I'm doing my best to let down my walls

nice chatting with you

Kenny

Fantastic! Tyhat is the best tone I've ever heard from an Ovation.

Hi Scottytunes,

with your  background and accomplishments in the musical genres you  excel at
I know you have a golden ear when it comes to the sound of acoustic instruments
thank you for saying something nice about my Ovation it's a players guitar

Hi Grant ,
" Ear candy, lovely piece. Inspiring performance "

that is very kind of you to say that thank you

Hi Guitarpima, thank you

Hi Tap,

I'm real happy that you found the performance sweet  and liked my tone
it means a lot to me

Hi Timothy ,

thank you so much for the kind words on my tune & playing

hhmmmm,  now you got me wondering
is it only my kitchen cabs that need a face lift ? or do I need to poke a few eye holes in the burlap sack I got from my recent jasmine rice purchase ?

Whew....
I'm glad to be finally  catching up here with this thread . I don't like to leave people hanging
I've been real busy,  please do not consider my  slowness to respond a slight .....

Kenny,  I watched/listened to this along with 'Baby, Please Don't go' last nite.

No fluff man!! Loved yer playing and raw performance..all I can say is that you make me want to practice!!

Inspiring!!

Hi Larry,

thanks for listening to both tunes
no fluff , just blood gut's and carnage   (just messing around )
yeah , your an acoustic guy keep at it ,
a little practice is always a good thing
it sure  helps nurture the seed of inspiration where ever you happen find it .

Hi Reece,

thank you very much

Hi Joshua ,

I happy you dug my guitar playing

it feels nice to get caught up , thanks all

Kenny
