Getting Stereo outputs from Reason via Rewire

Hi peoples,
just upgraded to Sonar X1,
Is there a way to get more than just the first Rewire stereo pair in Reason to work on a stereo track in Sonar X1?

could never get it to work correctly in Sonar 7 either...

I have the 64 bit version of X1 so I'm going from memory but I believe you check "All Synth Audio Outputs Stereo" on the Options menu.

nope.. its still the same problem as always. The first track is stereo pair of channel 1&2 (good), but the remaining tracks are not paired, but claim to be single channel stereo connections, which is useless and does not take two adjacent channel pairs two make the stereo track.

    Will it ever get fixed?

you cant, sonar converts the signal to stereo but the out from reason is mono, try turning the pan pots in reason, and you'll see, i think all other daws are the same

I still have an old version of Reason (2.5) but anything other than the first two are just mono outputs (which I prefer by the way). When I have a stereo signal I just run it as two outs and pan L/R accordingly. I actually bypass the stereo pair out of reason, and start at outputs 3 & 4 to keep everything consistent.

I wasn't aware that Reason is marketing these as Stereo Pairs? Maybe I just don't read the manual - LOL! Unless anything has changed since Reason 2.5, I don't think it will work as you hoped. You'll be stuck running two channels when you need stereo.

Don't fix it in the mix ... Fix it in the take!

I have Reason 4 and SONAR X1, and it's only the first pair that will do stereo. All others will be mono. Not sure, but I think this is a Rewire limitation. When I've used it in Pro Tools on a MAC you only get 1 stereo output for all of Reason.
