Getting the licenses from 3rd party plugins included in Sonar

Hi everybody. I know this topic has been raised somewhere but cannot find it right now. For what I've read (correct me if I am wrong) there are some plugins included in Sonar that will translate without problems to other DAWs. However, there are some that "bundled in Sonar" and won't be able to "move it to another DAW. I am talking about all the VSTs fx plugins and instruments that come with Sonar when you buy it.
I've also read that some 3d party companies developers of those plugins were granting Sonar owners the licenses so they could use it in other DAWs.
Would someone please list all companies doing this, or at least redirect me to the proper thread?

Thank you very much in advance!

I believe thats correct, the other plugs are either Sonar specific (pro channel) or will work 3rd party already.
