Gfx issue I see constantly

Just a quick shot.  Nothing huge though.
I see it pop up from time to time.  I last saw it pop up after hiding a track from the track manager.  It then stays on the screen in that fixed location.  I scroll up and down, and it stays there over top of whatever is below it on screen.
