Ghost Notes on Left Channel

Ghost Notes on Left Channel

When recording i am getting ghost notes of what i am playing on the L/H side of my phones.
Its still there when i mix the track.
 
I have tried it without plugins but its still there.
 
Anyone any ideas please.

    Check the signal routing in MixControl.

    Looks like the Monitor Presets were set wrong.
    Just tried a track that was doing it and it seems to be ok now.
