Giving keystrokes to Zebra 2 plugin not working

I have a slight problem with naming presets in Zebra 2.  When I give all keystrokes to the plugin, I don't think it takes into account that there is a separate window that opens to name the Zebra patch.  Basically I can't type anything because it's not giving the keystrokes to the proper window.  Is there anything that can be done about this?  I can resort to using a text file and copy/paste but it's not the ideal situation, obviously.
